Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation. Customizations or unique demands, however, may extend the processing period.
Order Handling & Packaging:
The Seller ensures secure handling and packaging to minimize potential transit damage.
Delivery Duration:
Shipping times vary based on the destination and the chosen carrier.
For all Orders: Shipping will be provided by UPS for small items and by third-party carriers such as R&L Carriers, TForce, Roadrunner, etc. for larger items.
Note: These timelines may be impacted by outside variables such as customs clearance or inclement weather. The Seller will notify the buyer in the event of any impending delays.
Shipping Fees for Non-Eligible Areas:
Free shipping applies only to the 48 continental U.S. states. The destination and shipping method selected will determine the cost for areas that are not eligible for free shipment. For detailed pricing, please contact serverrackcabinets.com support.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information are not the responsibility of the Seller.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, including but not limited to material availability, supplier issues, or carrier delays. The Seller shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Delays, Cancellations, and Liability
By purchasing this product, the buyer agrees that in the event of any delay, cancellation, or failure to deliver for any reason, the Seller shall be held harmless and shall not be liable for any damages or losses beyond the purchase price of the product. If a refund is required, the Seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item. Completion of the purchase constitutes the buyer’s agreement to these terms.
