PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The 12U Weatherproof Outdoor Network Cabinet is designed for outdoor deployments requiring higher capacity, full cooling compatibility, and long-term environmental protection. Compared to smaller enclosures, the 12U platform provides a significantly more versatile solution for telecom infrastructure, fiber networks, CCTV systems, and industrial communication equipment.
Built with IP55 and IP66 weatherproof protection, this cabinet ensures complete resistance against dust and strong water exposure such as heavy rain and direct water jets. It is engineered for real-world field conditions where equipment reliability is critical and failure is not an option.
This product is offered in multiple configurations to allow selection based on depth, mounting method, and internal layout requirements, ensuring precise alignment with your project.
The 12U platform supports multiple cooling strategies. The enclosure is designed to accommodate fan systems and air conditioning units, allowing it to handle moderate to high heat loads.

18” Depth (24”W x 18”D / 600 x 450 mm)
This configuration is designed for installations requiring a balance between compact footprint and sufficient internal capacity. With a depth of 18”, it supports a wide range of networking and telecom equipment while maintaining manageable dimensions for installation.
The cabinet supports floor mounting, pole mounting, and wall mounting providing flexibility across different deployment scenarios. Its IP66-rated construction ensures protection against dust and heavy rain, making it suitable for exposed outdoor environments.
This option is ideal for telecom nodes, fiber distribution points, and medium-scale outdoor network systems.
STV-HC-12U600
24” Depth (24”W x 24”D / 600 x 600 mm)
The 24” depth configuration provides increased internal space for larger equipment and more complex system layouts.
With deeper capacity, this cabinet supports improved cable management and compatibility with larger devices. It is designed for outdoor networking applications where additional space is required.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The cabinet is constructed from galvanized steel with an outdoor-grade powder-coated finish, providing durability and corrosion resistance in outdoor environments.
It supports standard 19-inch rack-mounted equipment with a total capacity of 12U. External dimensions are approximately 24 inches (600 mm) in width, with depth options of 18 inches (450 mm) or 24 inches (600 mm), depending on the selected configuration.
The enclosure includes a secure locking system, sealed door design, integrated cable entry points (knockouts), and mounting compatibility for pole, wall, or floor installations depending on the model.
WEATHERPROOF PROTECTION
All configurations are designed for outdoor use and provide protection against environmental exposure.
IP55 and IP66-rated models ensure:
- Full protection against dust
- Resistance against heavy rain and strong water exposure
This level of protection allows deployment in harsh environments such as roadside infrastructure, industrial zones, and exposed telecom installations.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT
The 12U platform is fully compatible with advanced cooling solutions, including:

This makes it suitable for moderate to high heat-generating equipment, unlike smaller enclosures limited to airflow cooling only.

The 9U platform supports multiple cooling strategies. The enclosure is designed to accommodate fan systems and air conditioning units, allowing it to handle moderate to high heat loads.
Our air conditioners are available in a wide range of capacities and features, with models ranging from 1,000 BTU to 19,000 BTU. Options include cooling-only units, as well as models with additional heating and dehumidification functions. Remote access features such as Ethernet or RS485 connectivity are also available.

This flexibility ensures that equipment operates within safe temperature ranges, even in high ambient temperature conditions or enclosed installations.
The AN01 and AN02 model air conditioning units can be installed on the front door of the cabinets, while the MCA300, MCA600 ,BDP300 and BDP600 models are designed to be mounted on the back wall of the cabinet.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Each cabinet is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation. It includes a lockable front door with sealing, internal 19-inch rack rails, cable entry points, and mounting hardware appropriate to the selected configuration.
The cabinet is prepared for airflow and cooling integration, allowing additional components such as fans or air conditioning units to be installed as needed.
