CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

A/C units can be installed on both IP55 and IP66 cabinets. All cabinets with fans are technically rated around IP55, since they require openings for airflow. IP66 enclosures, on the other hand, are completely sealed and are best used with air conditioning or for equipment that does not generate heat.
Unless you are operating in very harsh environments -such as cement factories, mining sites, heavy industrial facilities, or desert areas with intense dust - IP66 is generally unnecessary. For real-world outdoor applications, IP55 is more than sufficient and performs reliably under storms, heavy rain, wind, and typical environmental conditions.
OPTION 1: STV-HC-42U600 Cabinet Only (Fan / Cooling Ready)
This configuration includes the enclosure prepared for airflow-based cooling systems or external cooling integration.
It is suitable for installations where:
- Heat load is controlled or externally managed
- Custom cooling systems will be applied
- Flexible thermal design is required
The cabinet provides full IP55 and IP66 protection, ensuring reliable operation in outdoor environments exposed to dust and heavy rain.
OPTION 2: 42U Cabinet with Integrated A/C Systems
Our air conditioners are available in a wide range of capacities and features, with models ranging from 1,000 BTU to 19,000 BTU. Options include cooling-only units, as well as models with additional heating and dehumidification functions. Remote access features such as Ethernet or RS485 connectivity are also available.
